We hereby inform you that, for the establishment and management of a relationship with you, our Hotel  will come into possession of information about you; data that is acquired directly and defined as personal by Law 196/2003 – Code on the subject of personal data protection.
This law foresees, first and foremost, that whoever manages personal data is obliged to inform the subject directly concerned about what information is being managed and about some of the important elements of management: this must be done with accuracy, legitimacy and transparency, thus safeguarding your confidentiality and your rights.
In compliance with this law we provide you with the following information:
We will handle your personal data, as well as any information regarding your profession, that may be necessary for employee recruitment.
We will not handle any of your data which may be defined as sensitive (par. 4 letter d) of the law) or judicial (par. 4 letter e) of the law).
Your data will be managed exclusively in relation to employee selection and recruitment.
Data management will be carried out using instruments and procedures that are suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality and may be done both on paper, or using electronic means.
As far as the information that we are obliged to request from you is concerned, to fulfil the obligations foreseen by law, by regulations and by community regulations, or by dispositions given by Authorities qualified by the law to that end, and by bodies for security and control, your failure to give us this information will mean that it is impossible to establish or continue the relationship, within the limits in which such information is necessary for the execution of the same.
As far as the information that we are not obliged to request from you is concerned, the failure to obtain this will be evaluated by us on each separate occasion, and will determine the consequent decisions, in relation to the importance to our organisation of the information requested and not given.
The following categories of people may come into possession of your data, as they are responsible for, or in charge of managing this information, and are nominated by the undersigned Company, the data controller:

•	oppose, wholly or partially, with legitimate reason, the handling of personal data about you, even though pertinent to the purpose of its collection
